This page covers the Sunnybyte website. Each app has its own policy, because each app is different. They are listed below.
Who is responsible
Sunnybyte is the trading name of Matthias Kraft, an independent software developer based in Geneva, Switzerland. Sunnybyte is a brand, not a registered company. I am the data controller for everything described here.

Every app published under the Sunnybyte name has its own privacy policy, describing exactly what that app does and does not do:

This website
sunnybyte.dev is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no tag manager and no tracking pixel, and loads nothing from a third party: the fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, specifically so that visiting a page does not disclose your address to anyone else.
There is no contact form, no comment section and no sign-up: nothing on this site asks you for information or has anywhere to put it. If you write to the address below, I keep your message for as long as it takes to answer you and no longer.
The web host (Infomaniak, in Switzerland) keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for operating and securing the server. Those logs are retained for a short period and are not used to profile anyone.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export or object to the processing of your personal data. In practice I hold none: there is no database and no account, so there is nothing to look up. If you believe otherwise, write to dev (at) sunnybyte (dot) dev and I will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of this website introduces anything that handles personal data (advertising, online multiplayer, cloud saves or accounts), this page will be updated. The date at the top always reflects the current text.
